How to Apply

Offline Application

Visit the school offices to collect the Application Form at either location:

  • 25, Southern Avenue, Kolkata – 700026
  • Mon–Fri: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Sat: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 162/B/386 Lake Gardens, Kolkata – 700045
  • Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Offline Application Fee: ₹500/- (Payable via UPI or cash at the school office)

 

Online Application

Apply from 1st July, 2026 to 14th August, 2026 by visiting: 

www.navanalandapublicschool.in

  • Fill up the Enquiry form and click on “Send Message” to be redirected to www.admissiontree.in (ABP venture)
  • Online Application Fee: ₹500/- (+ applicable convenience fee via Admission Tree)
  • Payments accepted via credit-debit card / UPI or net banking on the Admission Tree platform.

 Required Documents (Online & Offline)

For Online Applications :

Upload scanned copies of the mandatory documents.

 

For Offline Applications :

Submit the following along with the filled application form :

  1. Duly filled and signed application form
  2. Recent passport-size photo of the student
  3. Xerox of proof of age (Birth certificate or equivalent)

Last date for application submission : 14th August, 2026

Admission Test & Interview

The school will shortlist candidates as per its internal criteria. Parents of shortlisted candidates will be attend the interview on 22nd August, 2026. Informed about the interview via WhatsApp or call.
